Dr. Iyer is a skillful doctor. She asked questions about my condition and listened intently to my responses. She was a pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel rushed. She answered all of my questions and had a plan for me before I left her office.

We didn't do anything well. You need to update your appointment procedure. I'm a patient here, over there for many years, and I'm about to remove myself because of the way they are scheduling appointments. It's too far off, too long. I have to wait too long. By the time I see the doctor, my problem is progressed in a bad way. So you guys need to upgrade your appointment process, sooner appointment. Those people who answered the phone, they are a bunch of robots. You tell them, I'm sick, I need to see a doctor today, and they give you an appointment next year. So your appointment procedure is horrible, to the point that I'm about to just leave UCI. My insurance gives me a very hard time, and I have to go through lots of headaches.

Dr. Iyer and her staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (wheelchair patient). Dr. Iyer was very patient and listened. The handicapped parking at the Orange facility is so challenging for wheelchair parking. It is not sufficient and end up parking at the very top level in a corner so I can take up two spaces to accommodate the wheelchair.
