The office staff is ineffective and condescending. They do not return phone calls, emails and have no accountability for their failure to communicate effectively. I had a medical appointment scheduled for June 17th. The outgoing message for Dr. Tandon states that if you are calling after 3PM, that a call will not be returned until the following business day. I called on June 14th at 9:58AM to cancel my appointment for 3PM on Monday, June 17th. I had to leave a message because no one answered. Their website states their business hours being open on Fridays 8 to 5. I received no call back, and called again on Monday. Had to leave a message again. Still no response. Called on the 18th, 19th and 20th. I then received a letter in the mail cancelling me as a patient for failing to cancel with 24 hours notice. I sent an email asking to speak with them and no response was given. I finally reached someone on June 26th. She was condescending and dismissive. She claimed I should have known that by calling on Friday was not 24 hours notice because they are closed on Friday. I asked how I would know that and she said it is in their outgoing message. It is not. I guess their website is wrong, too? This person who took my call spoke over me, laughed at me, and was incredibly rude. This has been extremely disheartening and hurtful that a doctor's office could be so quick to cancel a long term patient over a visit that the patient made every effort to cancel in advance and in accordance with their policies. That they would leave messages and emails unreturned highlights their lack of care towards their patients. I wish Dr Tandon the best in her medical career but strongly recommend seeking other care.

Not happy
Haven't really been happy about the quality of my care, every visit to this dr my BP is elevated but not so at any other dr I have, I feel my visits border on adversarial. She doesn't seem to believe me when I tell her something is wrong, she always downplays what I say and provides treatment as to her feelings and I usually am back for another visit for the same issue that now has gotten worse. Time to find a pcp I feel actually listens to me.

This is a scam. I had an appointment for a Medical Examination, which is required for my pending Green Card application. However, they denied that I had an appointment, even though they had already charged me $50 when I called to schedule the appointment seven weeks ago. Especially if you need time-sensitive documents for a visa or Green Card application, I would urge you to see a different doctor. My Green Card application might be denied because of them. As far as I can tell, they do not care about their patients whatsoever.

My son needed medical form filled out for a class he enrolled in. They made him be seen, coded the visit not as a physical which he was due for & insurance would have paid . Did not cover forms code, and when asked to recode the visit (as he was seen) they refused . 100.00 for a 10 minute visit in 2014 with a 30.00 copay. I would not recommend this office to anyone. A list of fees at reception desk charging for copies of blood tests, exams and a HUGE charge if a no show! no caring no ethics

Dr. Tandon has been my primary care physician for 10 years. She is the best doctor that I have ever had. She is very thorough and patiently answers all of my questions. She doesn’t over-book so I rarely have to wait; the longest I have ever had to wait is only 2 or 3 minutes. The office staff is friendly and cheerful.

I have visited Dr. Tandon a few times now. In that time she has scared me into thinking I had a tumor, then the following visit told me that there was nothing wrong and it was all in my head. She is frequently condescending and shows no empathy. I saw her today (won't go back again) for a problem I have had multiple times now and she told me "don't self diagnose." I recommend finding someone else.

Went in for a yearly physical as a new patient. Was excited because I thought I found a doctor I liked and would keep seeing...that is not the case. She found a way to twist my "preventative care" visit into a way to make more money for herself and charge me a copay. All she had to do was ask if i had any medical issues and that was considered outside of a check up. Definitely would not recommend as I do not feel like she is a trustworthy and honest doctor.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Will never recommend or come back to this horrible office. Dr, Tandon charged me $450 for medical examination for immigration services. She did not perform the service as promised, charged the money, refused to speak with me when I came to see her second time with X-Rays. Left the office with nothing almost crying, I have never had such experience in my life. Also, Dr. never returned my calls or attempted to find out what happen to her patient. Ethical violation!!!!

If I could give this practice negative stars I would. TERRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE! billing company is rediculous. They charge for everything, nickel and diming you, tried to call the office to talk to the doctor about a billing issue and was told I wouldn't receive a call back and if I came in to talk to her about it I would be charged $55! SAVE YOUR MONEY THERE ARE MUCH BETTER DOCTORS OUT THERE THAT TAKE MUCH BETTER CARE OF THEIR CLIENTS!
