Dr. Priya Soni, MD

My son suffers from febrile seizures and he kept getting sick and having fevers and we didn’t know what to do. Our pediatrician recommended to see an infectious disease doctor that’s when we saw Dr. Soni. After a thorough diagnosis and a series of tests fortunately my son didn’t have any issues of concern regarding his immune system. Dr. Soni’s part was technically done. However, she didn’t stop there, she did everything in her power to get us to see Dr. Holder a pediatric neurologist who has been helping us since. Dr. Soni every now and then even checks with us on our son. If it wasn’t for Dr. Soni genuinely caring for her patients, really going above and beyond, my wife and may have still been at a loss. If you want a Doctor that whole heartedly cares about her patients and will stop it nothing to get you answers, she is your doctor. Thank you Dr. Soni!!!

After each of our children have had medical issues which were not easily solvable, I can say without any hesitation that Dr. Soni is an extraordinary doctor. She provided immediate, compassionate, and thorough care to both of our children and we are extremely appreciative. Dr. Soni has a gift of connecting with her patients and alleviating fears, while thinking outside of the obvious and exploring every possibility. She made herself available in order to be sure that our children were being treated correctly and that we understood their diagnosis and how best manage their symptoms. Additionally, she went above and beyond expectation by connecting us to specialists and resources to support their care. We could not be more grateful for her expertise, patience, and management of our children's health - both in 2019 and most recently 2023/2024.

Dr. Soni is perhaps the best doctor I have come across. She is kind, thoughtful, and calming for both anxious parents and kids. No matter how busy she is she always has time for her patients, and she will not leave their side until all questions have been answered and everyone understands the path forward. She has seen my family through some incredibly difficult times and I have never had more confidence in a doctor - her skills, deep knowledge and endless care and concern for her patients is truly remarkable.

Our daughter developed a difficult case of Osteomyelitis and was hospitalized in PICU. Dr. Soni was brought onto our team and completely changed the course of our daughters health. Her bed side manner, knowledge, patience, and overall drive and attention to our daughters case gave us the reassurance we needed that she was in the right hands. Even after we were released her follow ups continued to be thorough and until she was 100% confident our daughter reached a full recovery she never let up. She took the time to explain our options and why she felt it was best. Our appointments were never rushed and she even would take the time to walk us to labs. The office was clean, the nurses were very friendly, and booking appointments was always easy. It is obvious that overall patient health, satisfaction and our kiddos happiness was the goal. She deserves more praise than the characters remaining in this review will allow. Thank you, Dr.Soni! 10/10

Dr. Soni has outstanding bedside manner and listened to all our concerns regarding a suspected rare tick-borne Illness. She even walked us to the lab herself and made sure the nurses used the correct tubes for the tests after another hospital had made a mistake. My son liked her calm kind demeanor. She responds to emails and calls in a timely manner and she got my son the correct medication and diagnosis.

Dr. Priya Soni is an angel from heaven that came into my family's lives. My son tested positive for CMV when he was just over two months old and we felt it was urgent that he was seen by a pediatric infectious disease doctor to begin immediate treatment. There is a small number of these specialists in our area, and after hours calling every hospital and medical institution in Los Angeles, Dr. Soni took special care and attention to our case and within two hours of my contacting her office, she was examining my baby son in-person and began antiviral therapy for him that evening. She continues to lead the treatment for my son and oversees a team of 4 other doctors who are involved in his case, and I trust her implicitly. We are so blessed to have Dr. Soni in our life. She is the best of the best, answers all of my questions, is patient, caring, well-researched and informed. What also sets Dr. Soni apart from other doctors is she keeps up to date on the latest research studies and data.

Dr. Soni is a phenomenal doctor - I’m eternally grateful to her for the amazing care and treatment she provided for my daughter. She is not only super knowledgeable and a top expert in her specialty but she is also thoughtful, considerate, and kind towards her patients and towards their parents. It is very stressful for a parent when you’re worried about your child’s health, and Dr. Soni always took the time to listen and to discuss next steps. Ultimately she worked with us to make the right choices and she provided the very best care and treatment plan for my baby. Thanks to her, my daughter is doing really well. Dr. Soni has a life-changing impact on my daughter’s health.

Dr. Soni literally saved my daughters life. When we first met with her she had a plan of action that went into place immediately. We felt safe and secure knowing our daughter was in Dr. Soni’s care and that she would do everything in her power to ensure our daughter’s health got back on track. She put our daughter on the proper medication and always took the time to talk to us-addressing any questions or concerns we had.-never making us feel rushed. She is a rare gem that actually cares about her patients and their parents. She made medical decisions for our daughter not only based on science but also as if my daughter were her own. My daughter is 8 months now, her health is totally on track and she’s thriving all bc of Dr. Soni. We are and will be forever indebted to Dr. Soni. She is one of the smartest, kindest, most caring doctors I’ve ever met. Once in a lifetime you meet a doctor that changes your life for the better and for my family that is Dr. Soni!

Dr.Soni is a fantastic doctor. She helped our family when we needed it the most. She was supportive, provided her expertise, and was empathetic. Not only did Dr.Soni help us with the presenting issue, but she also gave us great recommendations to treat other issues. Dr.Soni was attentive to my son’s development and genuinely cared. Going through treatment with an infectious disease doctor is scary, and Dr. Soni was excellent in sharing research, up to date treatments, and answering all of our questions.

Dr. Soni has been the greatest gift to us. We were referred to her for my son’s pneumonia that became complicated to treat. She was amazing with my son (and his anxious mother) and not only cured him of the pneumonia, she is incredibly knowledgeable, but reassured both of us and helped us feel better after every visit. She went above and beyond and we are forever grateful for her incredible care. I wish I could give more stars!! Anyone who sees Dr. Soni is truly lucky to be in her care.
