I really liked thee doctor. She is caring and knowledgeable. What stopped me from returning is her office staff.. There are insensitive and rude. They made me an appt. for early morning, then made me stand outside the office until the receptionist got there. -( late).When others came in, they were just as rude. When I asked if there was another office I could visit, the receptionist told me she was having a bad day. I replied that I was sure it wasn't as bad as the rest of us.

I called the office on Friday at 2 p.m., and the young girl said that the scheduler would call me back to schedule an appointment and that it might be later that day or Monday. I said that I was disappointed and that I had wanted to make an appointment during the call, but she said she couldn't help me. It is now Monday night (three days later), and no one has called. I am appalled. When people call an oncology office, they have cancer, and they're scared. What a horrible, insensitive office.
