My wife and I are very fortunate to have found Dr. Angi when we moved here six years ago. She takes excellent care of us. Dr. Angi is very thorough and friendly, and she always takes the time to answer any questions we have. We highly recommend Dr. Angi.

I depend on Dr. Angi for expert oversight of my current medical conditions. From the depths of my prolonged hospitalization after Covid, Dr. Angi has been my Primary Care Physician. Besides her expertise in geriatrics, internal medicine and diabetes, Dr. Angi is warm, supportive, and positive. Since being in her care, I have been having an excellent recovery. Dr Angi assumed primary care responsibility for my wife four years ago, at a critical juncture when her cognitive abilities had begun a steady decline. I have accompanied her on each visit and cannot overstate the level of individualized, respectful and professional care that she receives. When necessary, Dr Angi makes informed recommendations to specialists with relevant skills and comparable approaches. She coordinates my wife's care regime, eliminating duplicative services, managing testing schedules, evaluating treatments and overseeing all aspects of her physical health. Equally important, Dr Angi makes every effort to engage my wife in her own health care at a level commensurate with her capacity. Her manner is unfailingly responsive, warm, engaging and respectful. My wife and I are enormously grateful for Dr Angi's efforts and for the practice staff who reflect her values and commitment.

I would give negative stars.. horrible bedside manner. Staff is horrible. Go to a walk in. You will be better off.

Avoid at all costs. Office staff horrible. No return calls. This dr missed bed sores, low sodium. My mother back in hospital again due to the incompetent practices of this so called dr.

Dr. Angi cared for my father and continues to care for my mother. She's extremely compassionate and provides excellent care. I have complete confidence in her assessments and recommendations, knowing that she's committed to learning and teaching at Monmouth Medical Center. We frequently meet students during visits and I can't help but think how lucky they are to have her guidance. We are even more lucky for the care she's provided our parents. Hope - the nurse - is really wonderful also. All of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr. Angi has been my dad's doctor for several years now. My dad is 98. She is a good listener and takes her time not only with my dad but with me. She shows that she understands not only the health issues of my dad, but the challenges a loved one faces when having to make some difficult decisions. Her office is also staffed by a social worker who is very helpful. When my dad was in the hospital, Dr. Angi as well as another doctor from her office visited him every day and helped us navigate. Seeing her face at the hospital was so reassuring. We have used her virtual appointments as well which are very helpful when just needing to review test results, for example. Her approach is practical and we have faith in her. My husband is now a patient as well and is also enjoying a very good experience with Dr. Angi and her office.

My mom's (and my) life changed after her fall last year. We had to move her back to NJ, and among the many things I had to figure out in terms of her life and care, we needed a primary care provider who understands the needs of senior adults. Luckily, I happened to have an appointment with my own PCP who, after asking her for recommendations, immediately suggested Dr. Angi. I am so glad she did. I can't articulate how grateful I am for this doctor and practice. As my mom's caretaker, and being "new" to this role, I had lots of questions. Dr. Angi's practice includes a social worker to help families/caretakers navigate services. Dr. Angi and her staff have helped us with a number of issues and connected us to the right specialists. We've never had to wait during appointments, and I appreciate that Dr. Angi's practice is connected to Monmouth Medical (a "one stop" framework for services, essentially). Excellent doctor and practice!

I have used Dr. Angi for many years starting when she took care of my Mom. Later I became her patient as well. She is intelligent, listens to my issues and concerns with a sympathetic ear. Always calm and reassuring and keeps an eye on my overall health and follows up with any problems that require further testing. Her friendly staff are the first to greet you. They are all efficient, excellent, and warm. You couldn't ask for a better physician.

First her office staff is always kind courteous and prompt Second she is always interested in what you think and feel and does not rush to a diagnosis. She’s willing to thoroughly investigate the matter and do follow-up. Finally, she’s warm and human. She knows she is dealing with a person who may be older perhaps more fearful and often more frail. She respects the whole person. Very likeable. An asset to the Monmouth Medicsl team.

She was too busy to allow me to adequately explain my problem. She had preconceived ideas of what was required without paying attention to my description. She doesn't listen. Even after I told her how the problem had been solved by a visiting friend who, although "only" an internist, also treats many elderly, she insisted that she knew better. Relief from the correct remedy was almost immediate. Luckily, after almost a year, I am no longer in pain. She still is unwilling to accept the correct diagnosis

I took my mom to see Dr. Anji. As I am a RN my ways can be quite stringent when it comes to medical practices —Dr Angi offers an Excellent practice for elders. I was very impressed with the Front desk staff - they are efficient and competent with a friendly nature-AND they answer the phones too-no robots or voice messaging! Dr. Anji spends time with the patient and truly cares —she listens with patience to ‘their story’ - no hasty pace doctor as is typical these days; the Social Worker is excellent too! Dr Angi has shown very little initiative in treating my husband. I had to ask about the possibility of medication for memory/dementia; she had not even recommended anything until I asked even though she saw signs of decline. Memory tests are not done regularly. I had to ask for one to be done after I inquired how long it had been since the last one was administered (over 1 year). And I have never been put in touch with anyone from the Memory Institute. Definite lack of initiative.
