I have been a patient for many many years. I have seen this doctor since Dr. Holmes retired. I called to get my maintenance medications refilled. The recording states if you need refills state what medications you need. She has always given me refills whenever I could not make it in. But this time after my 90 day supply of blood pressure, thyroid and cholesterol medicine ran out she refused to refill without being seen. Then I try to make an appointment for when I could come in and Kay told me she isn’t sure if they are working on Dec 30th or not it’s up in the air. How professional is that. So basically this so called doctor doesn’t care if you live or die!! Obviously she has No Heart Or Compassion!!

Caring and listens
Dr. Sandhu has been my Primary Care for a few years now. She has worked with me through some health problems. She listens to me if medication is working and comes up with alternative options if it's not. Kay at the front desk is wonderful. Her and Dr. Sandhu have been taking care of my family for many years. I feel like there is mutual trust when it comes to medications and never feel rushed in the office.

I have been going to Dr. Sandhu ever since she started her practice and taking over Dr. Morley's practice. I believe she does a great job and I can't say enough about her. I have a PPO and I never saw her cutting corners with me due to the type of insurance I had. I had a bad time once and ended up in the hospital and she had every type of specialist available to help me, and am still very thankful to this day.

I strongly recommend not using Dr. Sandhu. She has a rude demeanor and dismisses all my health concerns. If you have an HMO and need a referral you are wasting your time and money seeing Dr. Sandhu. I feel she does not care about my well being and will be changing my primary care provider immediately.

If you have an HMO insurance such as BCN or HAP that requires a referral to see a specialist, forget her, she doesn't give referrals or order any tests, Xanax and Vicoden are all that you need. If you have top of the line insurance such as BCBS she will do all the tests she can such as xrays, ekg's, bone density, ultrasounds because they can be done in her office so she can bill your insurance for even more. I have heard her laughing and talking rude about other patients to employees :( :(
