I can't scream loud enough to express how amazing this Doctor is. Please, raise your hand and let me know how many of you have received a courtesy phone call on a Sunday from a doctor that was solely motivated by the care of a patient. I'll wait. As of last Sunday, that dream became a reality. I have never, in my 35 years, had one. This woman is an absolute Godsend. She has been here every step of the way for me. From same day initial (AND new patient) appointment, to taking my phone calls, to returning my phone calls, to imaging, to hollering at my awful pharmacy for me. I'm begging everyone who needs to see a doctor to go to Dr. O. I just wish she was the person who wrote the book for patient advocacy. I've seen good doctors and I've seen bad. She is one of the best. Trust your care with her. You won't be let down.

Great Doctor for all ages. Good listener, and great feedback. I will recommend Dr. Owusu or Dr. O. If you are looking for a Kaiser Permanente family physician.

I agree with the previous review on here. Do not go to this doctor. As a patient you know and sense when a doctor genuinely cares and when a doctor is just in the profession for the money. If you can’t connect with your patients or make them feel comfortable especially during a pandemic then being a doctor is not the career for you. Just throwing random medication without listening to what your patient has to say is a big NO. Worst ever.

Appears to lack ability to display genuine interest in patient concerns. Herding sheep (people) in and out and because blood test don’t show issue she prefers to state patient has psychological issue even though the health symptoms were observed. Compassion goes a long way. Science is a learning process and NO dr has all the answers but being willing to Listen, Research, and test leaves a patient with the impression that what they feel(experience) matters. You don’t see a patient six times over two years and suggest to them that they have mental issue and their symptoms are not real. My feelings are hurt. I need a doctor who has time, patience and sincere concern for me.
