Good doctor defends her staff
Office visits were with nursing staff who were highly trained in wound care. In my experience training sometimes does not translate into practical, on ground experiences by the patient. I understand that each patient should be able to speak their truths, unless that truth is impaired in some way by working memory

DIRECTOR OF A WOUND CARE CENTER THAT IS "MORE THAN THE SUM OF ITS PARTS" I am nearing the end of a long adventure--treated by Dr. Latta and her amazing team that work together at the Wound Care Center in Albany. I been a patient who comes in with some new problem--or demand--nearly every single week--only to be greeted by her staff--or Dr. Latta herself--with a "smile and/or nod and/or wink"--Whatever That Means! Now--having had the education of a lifetime--I will be looking back--in years to come--and by amazed by what we accomplished together. Both a long healing process for me--and yet another "strangest story ever told" secret history--THANK YOU DR LATTA--"I Think..." --HOWARD MARCHBANKS--
