Dr. Kallu impressed me from my first appointment. She makes you feel comfortable while addressing your concerns and medical issues thoroughly and with great care. I always feel relieved when I see her because I know she is listening to me and provides me with the care and information I need.

I've been under the care of Dr. Kallu at her concierge practice, and I couldn't be happier with the service and her care. The membership fee is definitely something to consider but I feel it is justified by the direct access I have to Dr. Kallu, bypassing all the usual frustrations of dealing with a doctor's office staff. I cannot understate how much I despise dealing with schedulers, billing departments, or nurses, which often lead to delays and misunderstandings in the care process. Even though I don't have major medical issues, the ability to text Dr. Kallu directly and receive a quick response is invaluable. It's not just about convenience; it's about having a streamlined, personal connection to my healthcare.

BEWARE….These people are out for money only not out for the patient. They are a concierge serving that charges a $2200 enrollment fee and then $85 per visit. I mentioned to the lady on the phone this morning that I wasn’t sure I could afford that at this time and she immediately hung up on me and when I called back didn’t answer.

Dr Kallu is an amazing Dr who takes the time to listen and solve the issues at hand. I also joined her Concierge practice and it's well worth the $$ as I travel weekly and having your Dr available via text is a life saver!

Dr. Kallu's concierge service is amazing! She’s always so responsive and easy to get ahold of, and she’s there for me whenever I need her. Her office staff is also wonderful. Dr. Kallu is smart, caring, and delightful. When I first started going to her, I was feeling fatigued. She saw things in my bloodwork, helped me treat them, and now I feel the best I’ve ever felt. She consistently checks on my bloodwork and makes sure I’m feeling great. I absolutely love her – she’s changed my life for the better! I highly recommend her concierge service to anyone!

This was a terrible experience! First off, she had me do blood work (which is to be expected), but the place she referred me to was super sketchy (its a one person operation...the girl that meets you at the front doing all of the paperwork magically reappears in the back and draws your blood..first time I've experienced that!. I had refills from my last doctor that I had her send in for refill...and every prescription was messed up and even sent to the wrong place..it was a total disaster and took quite a bit of my time and energy to get things corrected....which leads me to her secretary...wow...that lady is WAYYY out there! When I first arrived there was nobody in her office to greet anyone and there were several people waiting (visibly aggravated I may add), finally the secretary shows up smelling of cigarettes' smoke apologizing for the delay....then the phone rings and she quite literally has a fifteen minute conversation while we all wait...meanwhile two people leave because they

Dr. Kallu is a highly skilled, compassionate physician. She is so personable, knowlegable, listens, does not rush and really solves complex problems to deliver outstanding healthcare to her patients. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!!!!....because she is that rare doctor that everyone wishes they had....I drive 1 hour for an appointment and it is absolutely worth it to be cared for by her. I highly recommend her to my friends and I trust her to care for my family! Outstanding care!!!

Unfortunately, Dr. Kallu has taken on more patients than she can manage, so her inability to see my husband was really what did us in. 4 - 5 months to be seen and then designating me as a new patient because I hadn't been in to see her (good luck scheduling!) recently... Ugh! I never questioned her ability as a physician, but the patient load she has is insane!
