Dr. Pravinchandra Zala, MD

He has helped my restless leg disorder and sleep disorders that no one has been abke to do much with. He is patient and tries different approaches etc until he get the right result.

Very kind and intelligent doctor!! I had an extremely thorough appointment with Dr. Zala. I can't say enough wonderful things about how great he is. Excellent knowledge, thoughtful discussion, made all of the necessary inquiries, was diligent and respectful. I am impressed. Thank you.

Dr. Pravin Zala seemed to be a very knowledgeable Doctor who was very respectful. He took his time listening to me and explaining his findings with me. His office staff was very professional and courteous. He was recommended to me by a prominent ENT doctor and I'm glad I went.

I had my first visit with Dr Praveen. It was excellent and he is very attentive and gave enough comfort to speak on my symptoms. He is very detailed and I am happy that I am in good hands.

I waited three weeks for my initial appointment. When I showed up (30 minutes prior to my appointment as requested) nobody spoke with me. Finally 6 minutes after my appointment time, I was informed they were checking me in. I asked how far behind the doctor was and was informed he would likely be another 45 minutes or so. I sat back down in the waiting room and waited. When I was finally called to go back I asked again how long I would be in the exam room before the doctor would be in as I do not like close spaces and if it was going to be another 30 minutes, I would prefer to wait in the waiting room. The staff member was extremely rude and told me that if I was that unhappy, she would cancel my appointment. I declined the offer as I had already been there for over an hour. I simply stated that I wish doctors would respect their patient's time as much as we respect theirs. She immediately cancelled my appointment and told me to leave! HORRIBLE!!!!

Dr.zala is good to fair. Knowledgeable and addressed chronic migraine issue well. His staff and responsiveness is atrocious. His receptionist either does not enjoy her job, her employer or people, perhaps all of the above. Requests for insurance assistance with prior authorizations or god forbid move your appointment is an impossible feat. After many years of being a patient, I am looking for a different provider, his administrative issues are not worth the hassle.

I hav never been spoken to as disresoectfully on the phone as I was when I called to see if I could ask the dr a question about a patient I have in home health care that I am concerned about. Even though dr zala has a good reputation I will never again recommend him to my patients due to his rude staff., I have been caring for patients for 33 years and have never been spoken to and screamed at the way this woman did.

I've suffered from migraines since childhood and have seen multiple neurologists who didn't grasp the concept that I didn't want to be medicated. Dr Zala listened to my concerns and provided realistic solutions and the explanation on why/how it works. The importance of having a doctor who takes time to listen is paramount in the treatment process. Dr Zala's office staff is pretty amazing, too. They're efficient, kind, courteous, professional, caring, and conscientious of patient's time.

Dr Zala is very rude !! No compassion !! His office will not call patient to remind of up coming appointments.

Takes about a month to get a first appointment, i waited about 45 min past my appointment time but i understand why now. Dr. Zala is a wonderful caring Dr. that takes his time with you to ensure you get the correct care you need. office staff was great, very hard working ladies keep up the good work !

Staff is a little rude and the doctor just seems to want to perform tests when those won't help with condition.
