Telehealth
Patients see nurse practitioners, which I don't have a problem with. For my first visit, I had a long wait in an examination room, about 45 minutes. I actually went out to reception to ask if they'd forgotten about me. It turns out that they don't do medication refills; all refills require an appointment. I found out while travelling, and had to do a 5 minute phone appointment in order to not lapse in my maintenance, uncontrolled medications. All they have asked at refill appointments was 'How are you doing? Is the medication still working?' When pressed, I was given a variety of reasons: patient care, insurance requirements, legal requirements... Given that I had no problems with other practices refilling medications when the pharmacist makes a request, it seems oddly restrictive and rather inconvenient. It is difficult to believe in patient care when my routine medications are held hostage until I have made an appointment, with a very cursory 'examination'.

Beware
Very bad. Agree with others I never saw he doctor himself, just nurse. They charged insurance for an office visit when in fact it was a routine physical and then they also charged for medication refill. I cannot imagine paying every 3 months since they bill it as telehealth visit for refilling my diabetes medication over phone.

I've been there several times. Never saw a doctor, always a nurse practitioner. And the overall employee turn-over is constant. Latest nurse is young and arrogant. I would never trust my healthcare to her. I'll never go there again!

High turnover with staff, none of the '' medical assistants'' are certified and have no clue when it comes to giving immunizations to children. They do not know when and what is needed. Messages are always left without replying until the patient has to walk in to demand answers. Dr. Bolarum is always about the ''numbers'' of how many patients he can see in a day, regardless of how long the patients may have to wait, half the time he is not even in the building while patients are waiting for him. EVERYTHING is done incorrectly due to the non training for his staff. I'm very surprised that this place is still open, some have to go here due to their insurance, but I'm sure would not, if given the choice. If things were really investigated fully things would have to change!

I have been a patient of this practice for many years because they were listed as a recommended provider by my insurance. I have been dissatisfied with patient care for a long time. They are never timely with scheduled appointments. A 45 minute to hour wait is the norm. The practice has a high turnover in professional staff. Seldom have I seen the same practitioner on two consecutive visits. Doctors are never familiar with your personal history. Never have they suggested or offered an annual physical. Today was the final motivator to find a find a new physician. I had an ultrasound screening done three weeks ago for an abdominal aortic aneurysm. My father had surgery for one in his 80s. My daughter (a practicing physicians assistant) insisted that I have periodic screenings because of the genetic predisposition. The ultrasound revealed a substantial AAA. The practice made no effort to contact me with the results. I found out only by asking for the results today.

If I could give this office no stars I would. I have been going to them for over ten years, they went down hill very quick. The place is so dirty, pretty sure they have not swept or mopped in a month. They will also keep you waiting for over an hour while the office is completely dead. I gave my insurance card which has my name on it. Gave my birthday date, address, phone number and they still put me as a different patient. I get prescribed narcotics and it wasn’t until I walked away I noticed
