Very attentive and helpful
Dr. Agarwal has been seeing my daughter for lat 9 months . She listened and asked very appropriate questions of my daughter and me. She is detailed oriented , she is always present during appointments and focused on my daughter and her best interest.

Cancels teladoc appointments with short/no notice
Telehealth
Has cancelled appointments multiple times after accepting and confirming the appointment time. Cancelled one appointment 10 minutes after it was supposed to have started. I have tried on four separate occasions to schedule an appointment but she continues to cancel, with no explanation. I saw her for a year before this issue began and I am on medication, which I have to have regular appointments in order to refill. This is causing me stress and anxiety because I depend on my medications for my mental health.

Dr. Agarwal diagnosed my son with autism when he was only 4 years old which I initially did not believe but it came out to be true when he was again diagnosed in Thomson center. She is a very good clinician.

Dr. Agarwal was awesome, I have seen so many Psychiatrists for my daughter, but I have never seen a psychiatrist who is so caring and knowledgeable like her.

Doesn't listen to her patients. Continuously says the same thing over and over. Doesn't understand depression or anxiety. Do not let your child see her. She needs some bedside manner training.

My child & I showed up what I thought was on time, but apparently we were 15 minutes late, and then had to wait over 5 minutes for the lady to get off the phone. We were then told since we were late we had to go to a 3 hour no call no show appt for 3 hours, and I simply replied, but we are here. We did show up. she went back and asked the doc, and she said no, go to this 3 hour no show class. Ridiculous, I have waited longer multiple times to see her, but did not ask her to go to a class..
