He is nice enough, but the staff is awful. Simply awful. You can call for days and never get a reply. You are not given follow up appointments in a timely fashion and you have to call and call to get anything done. Note that calls are rarely returned in a timely manner. I have to assume that the lack of care flows from the top. His office is busy, so I think they just make it up on volume and do not care about the patients. My husband had an even worse experience with the staff.
