I never got to meet Doctor Patel, he was my husbands doctor until Oct 15, 2019 when I questioned the staff about the medical charges being billed to our insurance and us and the staff became VERY upset, ask us to leave and handed us a dismissed from practice letter on our way out the door! This doctor and his wife, the office manager, are extremely greedy! Myself and my husband were charged a $25 no-show fee when trying to reschedule an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday. They stated that it had to be 24 business hours to avoid the fee. Also, they billed my insurance company incorrectly and I was charged a specialty co-pay rather than a primary care co-pay. They said that I was still responsible for the two $50 co-pay visits that should have been $25 each.
