This so called Dr saw me, had no idea why I was there, never read my charts, had 4 months to do it as that's how long it took to get an appointment. THEN, has the audacity to hound me for a copay??!! Don't waste ur time or money. Only if u want to be diagnosed and charged 400 bucks for him to tell you to go s8!t in a bucket

Outstanding doctor and office staff. Very efficient and courteous. It's a pleasure being seen in this office. I have 100% faith and trust in Dr. Joseph.

The mess with the billing has made this a nightmare! Trying to get ahold of his office is insane. I tried for 2 days and no one answered the phone! I would not recommend to anyone and next time I go to see my primary care doctor, I am going to tell her about all these issues and suggest that they try to find another doctors office to refer patients to. I am getting charged for things I should not and it is because they are not coding the bills right, this is according to the people I have talked to at the insurance office. I have been going back and forth with them for weeks now. They also charged my insurance company $340 (which I had to pay $94), for the doctor to come in the office and tell me to schedule my procedure with the front counter. He was in the office for no more than 3 minutes. Please find someone else!

Dr. Joseph takes his time to listen then he examines and finally explains the problem. He offers his diagnostic skills and solution to the problem. Excellent doctor!!!

Horrible. This man rushes his assessments and files paperwork wrong. He retaliated against me for leaving a bad review. I left a one star review on google because he had an attitude with me for asking questions about my insurance and medication. His team made me sign a blank piece of paper and then called me and told me he doesn’t feel comfortable working with me anymore. Now I can’t get medication I need.

He was friendly but quick. I gave 3 stars because I have not yet received my results from my procedure which I was told I would receive a call in a few days.

My appointment with Dr Joseph rushed in and wanted me to see another doctor

I waited one hour in the office. I had to fill out forms I had filled out online the day before. Staff was pleasant. Dr. Joseph came in, was pleasant, didn’t give me time to ask questions about my health concerns. If you are in excellent health, have no medical issues, this may be the place for you. If you have medical problems, Dr. Joseph will not address anything taking more than 2 minutes. The person who had a wonderful experience and was called at home, my guess is, Joseph was concerned that he could be on the hook for some oversight or error. This is not a man who sees his patients as much more than an income. I am rescheduling with another doctor.

Dr. Joseph has been following me for the past few years for upper and lower GI issues. He's performed several upper endoscopies and colonoscopies. He's been concerned, thorough, pleasant, patient and professional.

What a great doctor! Not only is he extremely professional, he truly cares about his patients. Dr. Joseph is efficient and knowledgeable. He has helped me so much with my GI issues. The staff are friendly and productive. I would highly recommend him!

His staff was friendly yet professional. They requested insurance cards and my health history. Soon, Dr Joseph met me in the examination room, introduced himself, and asked me the questions I expected. He listened to every answer. After he made a preliminary exam, he suggested a colonoscopy. A day or so later, his office clerk called to confirm the appointment and to tell me the amount I would have to pay since I had not met my Medicare deductible. When I went for the exam, everyone was bright and friendly, tensions were eased, and the team escorted me through the procedure. Dr. Joseph told me what was going to happen, made sure my questions were answered, and did his work. Seemingly soon thereafter, I was in a recovery area, attended by a caring nurse. Later, Dr. Joseph met me for a quick visit to check our my status and to assure me that all went well. We made an appointment for the follow-up exam to review the results of some biopsies being evaluated. Super!

I have just spent 3 months working with Dr Joseph. I've had extensive test & xrays. He has been by my side the entire time. There's no words to express my appreciation for his kindest, patience, & caring. I feel very lucky to know this fantastic human being. Maryann, vero beach.??

He accepted my mother as a patient. She had Medicaid. He then never saw her again. She suffered and she died. Then his office (with Katta at the time) heard of her passing and called me to tell me it wasn't their fault! If you have Medicaid you may want to think twice as this man did not place any value on my mother due to her having Medicaid. He only had time for the higher reimbursing insurance.

FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. This doctor only cares about MONEY!!! Never saw the doctor before or after a upper or lower GI. The minute I walked in, the staff kept asking for money, even though my procedure post-phoned. After procedure a lady shoved a paper in my hand and said get this medicine. Did not give me a chance to ask why. I was pushed out of the room to accommodate the next victim in the assembly line. Work in health care and know a bad doc when I see one. Hole in the wall office Ft Pierce.

Unnecessary long wait after procedure for final meeting with doctor - then he spent about 30 seconds - ignored accompanying family member. Had to stop him leaving to ask a question about post-procedure protocol. In summary, regardless of his medical skill, his personal interaction with patients is not very good.

The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Joseph answered my questions and took time to explain my condition.

I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone. I have only seen him once. He has another doctor working with him. Office staff does not return telephone calls nor do they follow up with getting test results. I had to get my own results. When I questioned the office staff why they did not get my blood work results they stated no one answered the phone. It took me approximately 10 mins. to contact my insurance company, they e:mailed the results which I sent to office. Want$$ before you see Dr.
