Worst time management and experience
Went in for a Gastro exam. Had an arrival time of 1145. Arrived a few minutes early to just wait for over an hour in the waiting room. Finally called back and prepped for the procedure. Waited an additional 3 hours. So much drama in the prep room, staff making excuses for Dr taking so long. Three of us were complaining. After waiting in the prep room for 4 hours, I decided to leave. Another patient did the same thing and he was waiting longer then I was. The staff tried to convince me to stay but I did not. One staff member even said the Dr was in a 'Mood' so I definitely didn't want him working on me especially after knowing I was upset that the wait was to long. The staff was nice but you can tell they were even frustrated with the Dr and one even commented this is a common problem and apologized for the everything. They also said that the Dr was very slow. I do not recommend anyone going here. Not to mention trying to get someone on the phone, that's also a chore.

Dr J is by far the best gastroenterologist in Fresno ! Caring, Kind, Compassionate and dedicated to the patients overall well being. I have had the pleasure of knowing this Dr for over 3 yrs. and his level of compassion is immeasurable. The office staff is knowable and considerate. If for any reason you don't experience the best care ever ask for Catherine Billing Director , she will make sure you are happy. I would not trust anyone but this Dr for my families gastrointestinal needs

We have been through a 2 month ordeal with my Dad developing severe colitis after covid and I honestly feel like Dr J kept my Dad alive after his primary doctor failed to treat to treat him properly. The hospital kept releasing my dad prematurely and failed to treat his colitis completely and it was only at Dr J’s insisting that my Dad received comprehensive treatment which finally helped him turn the corner. We are eternally grateful to you Dr J and your awesome staff!

My Grandma was referred to Dr. Jajodia, and instead of seeing the Dr. during her first visit, she was instead seen by a PA. The PA ordered additional labs and scans, and she scheduled a second appt. to meet with the Dr. directly to answer questions and concerns the PA was not able to address. The appt. was scheduled for 9/17 at 2:15. Arrived at 1:15. At 3:15, was taken back for vitals and asked if we wanted to see the PA (15 min) or the Dr. (15 min). By 4:30, we told the staff we were leaving.

Absolutely THE WORST Run away! Unprofessional. Cancels appointments with less than 24 hour notice. NEVER answers the phone. The voicemail is always full, so you can't leave a message. Keeps patients waiting literally for HOURS. And not very good at diagnosing health issues. We eventually had to be referred out of area because he couldn't figure out the problem. HORRIBLE service. I wish I could give minus stars. He's less than zero.
