I recently had cervical spine surgery performed by Dr. Seti, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. After extensive research and consultations with various surgeons, Dr. Seti stood out as the clear choice. He explained everything thoroughly, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and showed genuine care for my well-being. His expertise and compassionate approach are truly commendable. Though I'm only six weeks into recovery, I'm already grateful for the positive experience and results. Dr. Seti is a remarkable surgeon, and I highly recommend him.

After listening to the way Dr. Setty spoke to Sister in her hospital bed I would never recommend him for anything.. He first stated that he was in a hurry then s told her that since her mri was negative that someone else will have to help her.. he raised his voice to say Ma’am tell me where your pain is then ... The patient has trouble hearing and comprehending after strokes so he had no patience to speak to her at all.. he was not in the room for more than one minute... I asked the nurse to page him and ask him to call my twice throughout the day so I could ask a couple questions but he never did.. I guess he was too busy in his big hurry!! It appears since she had nobody there to advocate for her he just didn’t care.. felt a little like elder abuse... he did not know that my sister didn’t hang up the phone and therefore I heard everything as it went went down..you have not heard the last of me Doctor a hurry!!!

Suffered with severe back pain for years. Dr. Setty identified the spondylolisthesis and corrected it with a minimally invasive fusion. He answered all of my questions before and after surgery (and I had a lot) and he was supportive throughout my recovery. It's been a year and I'm doing great.

I do not recommend Dr. Setty at all. His PA and the rest of the staff do everything. I had to explain my situation each time a new person came into the room. When Setty came in, he did not listen to my concerns at all, he instantly recommended surgery, did not recommend an alternative route or anything. Since Setty, I saw four other neurologists and spine specialists, all who have said that I do not need surgery.

This amazing man saved my life on July 19th, 2018. Fainted, cracked skull on concrete which separated brain from Cranium and produced giant hematoma, seziures.. his estimation about 1/2 hr. more and it was curtains. Craniotomy surgery. Back to normal life and he had signed off on me by October. Completely astonishing and I'm convinced he walks on water when no one's looking... Thank you so very much, Dr Setty? And the Beaumont Nursing staff is second to none with the patience of saints

I saw Dr. Setty for surgery on my back and there were a litany of problems that were wrong with it . He went in after the MRI and repaired my back curing the sciatica pain and the nerves that causing many painful problems with walking and doing my daily functions He made 4 very small cuts in my back installed a lot of hardware since I was not opened up like a fish the healing was much quicker with a lot less pain. This was done in Feb of this year and I am up and moving having therapy .

One of the best surgeons I have had the pleasure of knowing! He took great care in facilitating my fathers health plan. He went above and beyond what he had to do, and we will be forever greatful for the extra time he gave me and my family with my father. He truly is extraordinary at his field.
