This doctor and his office has to rank among the best I have ever encountered in over 50 years! To begin with, the doctor is very dedicated to the patient. He will spend a LOT of time with them, explaining everything in great detail. There is a male nurse(?) who comes in first, young guy, really well-built. He seems to know as much as the doctor! Making a follow up appointment was easy. I have to specially point out Daisy. She is a ray of sunshine every time I have gone in. The whole office is happy. Dr. Kodali has an impressive career behind him. You will be lucky to have him as your doctor.

Dissatisfied by both the doctor and his staff.

Dr.Kadoli cares nothing for his patients after surgery. I had rotator cuff bicep tendon tear repair. After surgery my arm is worse than before surgery. I can’t raise it above my head, can’t make a fist (my fingers were normal before surgery). When he saw my hand & arm after he took the dressing & sling off,he said, “I don’t know what’s wrong with your arm”..he ordered X-ray after which His attitude changed, he was no longer trying to figure out what was wrong. Except to say you’re over 50yrs old it must be “CRPS”. I never heard of that b4.I suffer with constant pain & very limited use of my r-hand and my MRI is still showing a torn rotator cuff. Dr. Kodali has ruined my life. I’m R-handed & can barely do much at all. I drop things, have trouble driving, washing my back, combing my hair, putting on clothes& hugging,holding &playing with my grandskids. I have trust issues w/Drs due to this experience. Do your research on CRPS b4 surgery. I don’t have CRPS. DR. Kodali did something wrong

Dr. Kodali's office was a great experience. His staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and assisted me with whatever help I needed. The facility was well organized and efficient. Dr. Kodali was attentive to my situation and worked with me to determine the best and most practical solution to my injury. He was not forceful with his recommendations, nor was he short with his attention. The staff also worked with me to determine how to get necessary imaging that was most cost efficient with my insurance. Assistance like that is rare and greatly appreciated.

I went to Dr. Kodali, because of my knee pain I was having after my workouts. He was very knowledgeable and kind, very attentive, and concerned to the problem that I was having. We discussed a couple of options that can help with my knee pain, will do a follow up in a couple of weeks.

Dr. Kodali performed my sons surgery on his clavicle . The recovery and healing went very well. My son was able to return to sports in the timely manner he discussed. His staff is amazing ! Wonderful doctor

This is my second time to have surgery with Dr Kodali. His staff are amazing and very accommodating. Sandra and Daisy are fantastic and very genuine. Dr. Kodali is very classy, friendly and a great professional. I 100% trust him and his team. Thank you for being great, not a lot of Doctors show that kind of love and care these days.

So two days after I booked a snowboarding trip to Denver, I unfortunately get into an accident that dislocated my shoulder, tears my labrum and fractures my humerus. The airline is more than willing to allow me to reschedule my trip for a later date and only requested that I send them a doctors note as proof of injury. I was relieved and thought this would be something quick and simple, but that was not the case. Kodali would not give me the note unless I scheduled another appointment. Horrible.

Stink, rude and cocky!

excellent doctor. I came in with knee problems and he quickly gave me alternatives instead of rushing to surgery. Now after we exhausted every other option I still may need surgery. I am happy because I can trust him and I'm looking forward to being pain free.

Dr. Kodali is very knowledgeable and a superb surgeon. He and his staff were extremely professional and made the whole process seemless. I would recommend him without reservation.

Doctor Kodali is a great doctor. However, I have never come across such a BAD administrative staff. I'm so disappointed at the unprofessional nature of this office and I'm NOT returning to this specialist for my injury. I would rather find a new orthopedic doctor than continue paying this unorganized and unhelpful clinic. They never answered their phone so I had to drive down myself with my injury to talk to their staff. Even then, they're not sending necessary paperwork to my workplace.

Did a great job on my rotator cuff and now on my torn meniscus. Answered all of my questions without blowing smoke.
