Dr. Pollyanna Pitt, MD

My appointment was for 12:00pm . I waited in the waiting room for 19 min before the doctor joined the call. Once she joined I was driving I told her I could pull over give me 2 mins she came back after 1 min and 30 sec. When she came back to the call she said “ok” (while I was parking my car ) then put me back on hold and rescheduled my appointment . I am not happy about that as I took time from work to join the call . That fact that she was 19 mins late and couldn’t wait 2 mins for me to park, is not a good first impression with using this app.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pitt. She was incredibly decisive in diagnosing and creating a plan to fix my issue, which gave me a lot of confidence in my treatment. Beyond her expertise, she showed genuine care and made it clear that my health was her top priority. It’s rare to find a physician who is both highly skilled and truly compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Pitt to anyone in need of quality medical care!

She called for the phone appointment late then proceeded to hang up on my face after I told her I was parking back in my spot. At the very least she could have gave me the same amount of time she was late for me to get settled. I was leaving my parking spot due to the fact that I didn’t get a call from the doctor. But instead of an apology for her lateness I received a hang up in the face. Crazy unprofessional!

I requested an appt. to establish Primary care, and she had an opening within 48 hours. We met this afternoon, and I was skeptical. Within the first few minutes I felt at ease and comfortable enough to share my medical history. She's smart, and very knowledgeable. Her main priority is her patient first and foremost! you don't see that a lot these days within the medical community unfortunately. A BIG THANK YOU Dr. Pitt
