Dr. Herman is an outstanding Dr. He did not rush, explaining my situation in easy to understand terms. My daughter lives in outside of GA and he told me to call her so he could explain my situation. That he took time during my visit to discuss my situation with her puts him at the top of my Dr. list.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of getting an appointment so quickly. The front office staff was amazing and friendly. The back office staff was excellent. Dr. Herman was very varing and ecplained everything in detail so I could understand. Would recommend him to everyone.

I am beyond pleased with my visit with Dr. Herman. He took time to listen to my concerns, address them, perform necessary tests and identified what he felt was the issue. It was an extremely pleasant and comforting visit. I would say if you need an ENT he is your best choice!

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed by Dr Herman's expertise, knowledge and kind demeanor. His front desk staff, however, have the worst attitudes and treated us like we were a total burden. Just rude and miserable sort of people!

I have been a patient of Dr Herman for almost 2 years. Dr Herman is a wonderful combination of kind, thorough, and very competent. He has dramatically increased my quality of life. He performed balloon sinuplasty and it has been life changing. I no longer have recurring and debilitating sinus infection that require antibiotics and steroids and time off from work. Dr Herman is very engaged and dedicated to his patients. I know from experience that he can solve issues that other ENTs cannot.

I saw Dr Herman not Dr Taylor, however, Dr. Herman is a very experienced and knowledgeable ENT. He has a great bedside manner and is very gentle. I feel very confident in his abilities and decisions. I just had sinus surgery with him and I am so glad that I chose him. His office is also taking great strides to prevent any covid-19 transmissions to staff and patients. You are in great hands with Dr. Howard Herman.

Adequate parking. There was no wait time at all on this visit. The service was professional in every aspect and I did not feel rushed. Dr. Herman took the time to listen to and answer my questions. He also has a great sense of humor. I felt understood and valued. The office staff are efficient and friendly.

They do not care! I went here to get treated for sleep apnea and tinnitus. After explaining to the doctor that my head was pounding to the point that it was difficult to bend and tied my shoes, he dismissed it. Then I asked if he can run some lab work to see if I have a vitamin deficiency, he didn't care. I also asked him if he could referred me to a neurologist to see my headache problems, he said it was expensive. Then I told him about 3 successful cases of people curing their tinnitus with the right treatment, he didn't care at all even though I printed it for him to read them. I paid with my own money without insurance help and they didn't care at all. I left crying cause I was looking for a doctor that will go an extra mile to try to heal me. They don't know what it feels to be sick and hopeless. I really would like to talk to whoever it's in charge.

Dr. Howard is great! He is very caring and really listens to your issues. He asked lots of good questions so he really understands your medical condition and focuses on actually resolving your problems instead of just writing prescriptions for drugs to just treat symptoms.

Dr. Herman was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good ENT. I was very nervous at my first visit but he put me at ease.
