Absolutely horrible, charges you just for speaking about a concern during a physical. I received no help with my headaches and was told to try acupuncture and ibuprofen. Wouldn't even give me recommendations for acupuncturist, I had to track down someone at the desk which was deserted. Then months back had severe pain and went to her which she told me was Vitamin A deficiency. WRONG I had to get emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder. It seems as if she does not want to do ANY work to help you. You're on your own when it comes to anything besides a clean bill of health.

I love her!! She will do televisits within hours, reviews test results, She needs to get away from Warren St- she too good for Winchester Hosp politics hiding from Lahey

Been a patient for over 15 years and routinely get annual exams. Dr Jain is always up to date on my condition and prescriptions, asking relevant health questions. Dr Jain takes the time to completely answer all questions and address any concerns. I find her very personable and easy to talk with.

This office is the worst- I called to get an appointment and they never picked up, but in their message they were saying to contact them through their electronic portal. I asked to be seen because I was having SEVERE pain and needed an appointment, video call or onsite, whichever worked. They took WEEKS to call me that I had FOUR MONTHS for my physical and asked if I wanted to wait for my SEVERE pain until then, or if I was entertaining an appointment instead. They have always made things so difficult. I regret ever going to this office. I could only get appointments with Dr Jain 1/4 of the time anyway, she was almost always unavailable.

I had my first appointment as a new patient yesterday and I had a very good experience. I have a cough and the person taking my call was very warm and was able to setup an appointment for me on the same day. I was greeted warmly too and there was no wait. Dr. Jain was warm and quickly diagnosed my problem and prescribed medication to my pharmacist. It was the fastest and easiest medical appointment I ever had. I am going to make Dr. Jain my PCP now.
