She was exceptionally caring and kind. I felt very comfortable discussing a sensitive issue. She was so supportive! Hard to find invested doctors like her! Love her!!! I recommend her to everyone!

Rushed Physical lacked listening to my lungs and heart checking my bowel sounds pedal pulse . looking into my ears nose, what kind of a physical is that?

Dr. Panchal was new to me. She is in the office of my former Primary Care Physcian. I had a health issue which needed attention before I could see my new doctor. She was very caring & kind . She was able to help me & I appreciate very much her taking time to help me. I would certainly recommend her as a doctor.

she doesn't seem to be particularly interested in my health. Asked about vitamin dosage and she says she has no recommendation. Went to buy the vitamins and am totally confused by the variations in dosage. Had to google it. I had a major operation a few months before my visit and she asked me nothing about it. she doesn't tell me the side effects of the medicines/vitamins she suggests. She didn't tell me that if I had colitis I had an increase in getting colon cancer. I might have gotten my colonoscopy sooner had she impressed this fact on me.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Panchal for several years. My husband has complex medical issues and she has been spot-on managing his issues. She is always warm, reassuring and timely.

Dr. Panchal is a very caring Doctor, very good at diagnosing and overall just the best there is. If I had Trump's money I would still want Dr. Panchal as my PCP

Left me in the room for a long time then when I was able to see her Rush the appointment and didn't understand what kind of medication she put me on

The doctor was rushed and didn’t listen very well. I wanted to discuss options but she was on a one track mind. Additionally, I asked for preventative medicine and she stated that she would have to document everything again if I wanted to go that route because of the type of medicine. I had to ask multiple times for an alternative because she didn’t want to have to take the time fo document anything. I love the practice but will never be seen by this provider again.

Dr. Panchal was amazing!! This was my first visit with her and I absolutely love her! I have not seen a doctor in years and she made my experience so comfortable. She is very relatable and personable! She is easy to talk too even about personal issues. She listens to all your concerns and was good about not running late for my appointment! I will definitely be seeing her again and recommend her without reservation!!

Dr. Panchal is caring and very well informed. She has always answered all my questions and listened to me even when I wanted to try a different approach. We compromised with a time limit in place to come back and review results. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The offices are always clean. Shane, the PA in the office is also a great back up. I have already recommend this group to several of my friends.

Dr. Panchal is the very best PCP I've had over the decades. She is kind, knowledgeable, and informative. I trust her with my health and highly recommend to everyone.

After spending over $100 on a test, waiting a month for a follow-up appointment, nearly 45min to be called back... I was given maybe 5min of care. Refused to listen to me explain anything I needed or to really look at the issues I was trying to get addressed. Suggested an OTC option. Had she bothered to listen and not kept trying to rush out of the room because she was behind, she'd know I tried that option years ago. Spent more time with check in nurse than her.

The staff was super nice & easy to schedule with. Dr Panchal was very friendly, courteous & informative. She was very direct & helped answer all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable & listened well. I would definitely recommend her to friends & family.

I would recommend Dr. Panchal without any hesitation. She is very thorough and I feel genuinely cares about her patients. She is always on time, very efficient and yet I have never felt rushed. She’s an excellent physician and I trust and appreciate her knowledge and expertise. The staff is courteous and helpful. I also want to acknowledge Melissa (MAT) for her kindness and friendliness.
