Highly recommended
This review is long overdue.We tend to review the bad and not the good. Well, here it goes. Dr.Hsieh has neen our family doctor for more than 25 years and i have nothing but great experience with his care. He is always attentive and treats me and my family like his own family. He has a good bedside manner and very smart doctor. You would want someone like him take care of you.

My husband has the misfortune of having Hsieh assigned to him while he's in a "rehab health hospital" after foot surgery and picking up MRSA in the hospital where he had surgery. (Another disappointing long story.) Husband is having fevers, feeling sick and weak, and this doctor supposedly checks up on him, has lab tests run and then nothing. No call back; waiting on results, or have results and let us know what they are, etc. Called on Friday - nothing, Called Saturday and his office told me that he's not on call and it doesn't matter anyway, it just has to wait until Monday. Anyone know any GOOD, CARING INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTORS??? If hubby survives, he should be getting out on Monday - will DEFINITELY NEVER SEE OR TALK TO HSIEH AGAIN. No referral here!

I had this office as my PCP. Long story short, I called to get in because I have a sinus infection. They would not let me see the PA because I had seen her already and they said I had to see to MD. But he was booked for two weeks so they told me to go to Urgent care. Why would I go to Urgent Care when Julie the PA was available ? They tried to say it was the Insurance. It was not. I work in medical field and there was NO reason why I could not see the PA. So unacceptable. I guess they don't want to see patients.

A most humiliating experience for my wife who consulted Dr. Hsieh. He told her something to this effect, "You are on Medi-Cal. There are not too many doctors willing to accept patients like you. I can only give you 15 minutes of my time." Thus, he was summarily dismissive of my wife's medical concerns. Dr. Hsieh's attitude shows he has clearly forgotten the Hippocratic Oath.

Dr. Hsieh really took care of my father. He was so careful to get to the bottom of his medical condition and now it's resolved. He is an amazing physician and I highly recommend him.
