Terrible I would like to emphasize one issue here. I am not in business of writing bad reviews, unfortunately I have to. I have seen Doctor Marco Fisichella on February 22, 2021 for a Cyst Removal from my neck. The procedure was done in his room as outpatient and was very painful and lasted 40 minutes. Surgical glue was put instead of stiches. Just two hours later I had to rush to Hospital to see him again because I was bleeding from my neck as glue was not holding. Doctor had to again preformed a procedure because the bleeding from my neck was bad. I had to suffer again. He told me when he sow me second time that there was a large vain under the cyst that he couldn't see in that environment and it was bleeding. Well my problems only got worse and worse after all this was over. Stiches were put in the wound was deep. For the next several weeks I was experiencing very bad upper shoulder pains and couldn't sleep at night waking up 3 times per night. Follow up was given to a
