I've been going to Dr. Carr for many years. She is the best primary doctor that I have known. I give her and her staff A+. I don't know what is the problem with the front desk staff??? Dr. Carr is very competent, efficient and caring. When I don't feel well, she goes beyond her duty to help me get better. Results from either blood tests or anything else are received right away. Dr. Carr is a doctor you can trust with your health. Well educated, and continues to keep up with her education that's very obvious, some doctors do not bother to keep up with their education, technology and what changes in science. Thank you Dr. Carr for caring.

I went in with flu symptoms I had been suffering with for 3 days. She is not my primary, I was booked for an Urgent visit. I told her my symptoms which are all flu like. My fever had broken and I didn’t currently have one but still maintaining the rest of the symptoms. She was saying it’s viral but I insisted on a flu test. Came back with Influenza B positive. I looked up the symptoms and that is the type of flu if left untreated can turn septic. Was going to write me off. Absolutely dumbfounded

I've been going to Dr. Carr for a couple of years. I find her very genuine, competent, efficient and caring. When my results from my blood tests came back, I received 2 letters of the results on the MGH Patient gateway and a vm from Dr. Carr sharing the results. I like her and will continue going to her because I trust her.

Worst experience, I would never recommend anybody to her if i do that means i am sending someone to harm's way. She is disoriented and forgetful. No co-ordination with the team/nurses. She hardly sits with the patient, most of the time she will be out looking for God knows what? And when she comes back she forgets what she discussed earlier. You cannot ask anything to her, she never answers. She may be suffering from something, she is not fit to practice.

I was looking for a new primary and decided I would try Dr. Carr. I've been so unhappy with her office that I decided to leave. The front desk is rude. I called a few times and got hung up on. I also got letters about missing appointments that I didn't even schedule. The office is unorganized and the staff is so rude. Don't bother!
