We, my husband & I Kim Tran & Tom Vuong were with our brother, Loc Vuong, in Dr. Phillip Tse office for his referral check up 2 weeks ago for his kidneys. ( we were there to help interpret for my brother-in-law)Dr. P. Tse was very kind & caring & patient. He took the time to explain to my BIL in simple terms to make sure my BIL understood him. He has a very polite bed side manner.We would strongly recommend them: Dr. Daniel Tse & Dr. P. Tse to anyone looking for very good, caring & professional healthcare providers & specialists. This review writing on behalf of my Husband Tom Vuong & my BIL Loc Vuong.

Offensive
Dr. Tse saw me for an annual check up. This was my first appointment with him. I had to go during my infant's nap (while his dad was wfh in meetings to watch him-a very hard thing to do). Dr. Tse was 30-45 min late to the appointment. Ordered labs to rule out some symptoms me and my ob thought was whacky post partum hormones at play which was good of him to do. But he scheduled a follow up 1 month post visit to go thru labs which I thought was odd-bc don't you have to look at them first? I got labs back, normal aside from a borderline number that can be improved with diet and exercise. I messaged him to cancel follow up appt and to lmk if there's an actual concern to pls ctc to set up follow up. He said he had NOT SEEN/reviewed my results yet but that is not his practice to not have a follow up appointment and to find a new pcp. I find this highly alarming as I do not have the time with a toddler and infant on results that were normal. He did not interpret the results.

I love Dr Phillip Tse he has been my parents doctor for over 30 years. He has great bedside manner very caring my mom feels very comfortable seeing him.

Dr. Tse is my PCP. When I contracted Pneumonia as well as having a simultaneous PE, Dr Tse arranged proper care and treatment to help me recover fully. I believe he saved my life. He is very knowledgeable, caring, patient with answering questions, and explaining treatment options, as well as discussing life style choices.
