Excellent Doctor, office staff is horrible!
I’ve been being treated for chronic pain in both sides of my neck and low back with nerve oblation (a blessing) and epidurals in between for years and he’s a great Doctor with compassion. Unfortunately the staff at his office never get things right or just don’t get anything done at all. They’re rude on the phone and make being able to work with Dr Nguyen very difficult. I wish there was a portal to send private messages to him directly. Wish he was with a different Pain Management Company.
