THIS OFFICE NEEDS TO WORK ON WAIT TIMES
I am a long time patient. Yesterday's visit, I arrived at 12:45pm for a 1:00pm appointment and was not seen until 2:30 pm. I signed in as I was suppose to do. When I questioned what was going on, I was questioned about signing in, which I did and then told the delay was my fault for waiting so long to speak up. I suggested a sign be put up that says 'If you are not seen within 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment, please speak to the receptionist'I was then asked repeatedly 'Do you wanna be seen'? while I was still talking.I If you are 15 minutes late you are automatically rescheduled if you don't call. But if you have to wait 30-60 or more minutes past your appointment time, which is the norm for this office, it's not an issue for this staff. I think Doctor Ginsberg is a fine Doctor. But I will be thinking about going to another office.

The wait time was not long. Every staff member was welcoming. The assistant that drew blood and did the bladder imaging was efficient, respectful, and kind. Dr. Ginsberg was clear in his assessment and explanations. He was open to questions.
