Dr. Phillip Dabrowski, DO

Though my hip was replaced a couple of years ago, Dr. Dabrowski gave me such a positive and lasting great impression! His excellent manner, easy to talk to, answered all my questions and was personable and not in a hurry plus the fact that he did super work on my hip, all of it, I am so grateful! Recommended him to a friend and he is so glad I did! Everyone was always so kind and helpful, a most positive experience from beginning to end.

Several visits at this office, due to all the processes in a pending total hip replacement. Dr. Dabrowski was recommended by my Rheumatologist, Dr. Shurmur. Once again, I experienced nothing but good from this recommendation. A couple times when I entered the office, I did not feel a ready, warm reception. But I'm fully aware that medical staff are humans also, so I try to give them something nice regardless. Every time, I had positive reactions, so I knew it was merely a timing, other problems issue. I was in tremendous pain from a swiftly deteriorating hip, and the staff was incredibly kind and considerate. Dr. Dabrowski was a thorough, informative doctor who had me set with realistic expectations. I had intended to return to him for my knee replacement on the opposing leg, but he lost a coin toss to my equally excellent orthopedic surgeon in Marshall. I will see him again for follow up on my hip this year.

He forgot to talk to my family after surgery. Then I waited 25 minutes in office after seeing him, because he forgot to tell someone I needed stitches out. Today I called nurse line at 8am with some issues and questions. Never got a call back. My confidence in him, definitely has taken a hit.

Video visit, when I refused a second video visit and requested a physical visit, his nurse called said to stay in bed, ice, elevate (after doing so for previous 5 weeks) it was only “mild arthritis” so is that really how you treat arthritis? No...I think by questioning them, they gave me a rude and petulant reply. Why would I be scheduled for a second visit if it was so minor? Why not refer me back to my primary..I’ll look for someone else

He seemed nice enough. But he made no mention of a torn tendon in my shoulder. Then his assistant was very rude to me when I inquired why he didn’t think I needed to know this.

This doctor is awesome. I had both hips replaced by this doctor. I was only 46 years old when I had the first one replaced, and 47 for the next. This was do to 20 years of the Marine Corps. He did such a good job last year my sister had her hip done my Dr. Dabrowski.

I was not impressed with Dr. Dabrowski or his medical assistant! The medical assistant was very rude to me! I went into see Dr. Dabrowski I had Joint effusion on my right knee cap! He made excuses why he could not drain my knee. He said the fluid could come back and that my insurance would not cover the service! I did call the office and complain! I did go to another Orthopedic Surgeon, I had no problems getting some answers! The new Ortho that I seen drained my knee! He made no excuses!

Dr Dabrowski is very kind and professional. He did surgery on my son and put him at ease. The office staff are very nice.

Had surgery in dec and just now I am getting bills in the mail for stuff my insurance paid

He listened carefully, presented options for treatment in easily understood language, was clear in answering our questions.
