Doctor YES! Front desk NO!
Used to be a good doctor. After seeing him for more than 6 years, he got a very rude front desk lady JESSICA to make appointments for the patients. I have more than once learned her toxic personality and decided not to remain silent anymore. She never let you say a complete sentence over the phone, showing impatience by being rude. I have to say something to the Dr. Chong here, you deserve a better front desk who can really take the phone calls with a professional attitude.

Went to see Dr. Chong during the start of the pandemic for a quick visit since my other doctor was unavailable. Trustworthy and safety is something every parent looks in a provider and this doctor is fabulous and highly recommendable. He provided us so many resources and tips in parenting — he has become our new pediatrician and have had excellent care every time.

During this pandemic, safety and trustworthy provider is what parents should look for in an office and a doctor. My children trust Dr. Chong. He is so great at listening to parents and great with our children! Definitely has more empathy than a lot of the doctors I’ve gone to. Short wait time, but a bit longer now with all the extra layers of safety measures.

We brought our children to see this doctor last year and over the course of the past year, this doctor has proven to be the best doctor for my children. During our most recent visit, our child was very sick + we frantically called the office for an asap appt. Dr. calmed our nervousness by explaining the reasons, possible results, etc. Compared to a few other doctors in the past, we are so glad we found one that both us, the parents, and our children really like! THANK YOU!
