Dr. Brown is rarely available to see patients. Schedules 6 months to over a year out. Passes off patients to other doctors. Refuses to provide timely refills if at all without having to escalate to superiors but if you are ever to meet him, he does have a pleasant/ calming demeanor. Overall, find another doctor unless you care for being rotated between various doctors.
