In office visit
Dr. Berenger spent quite a bit of time going over my history, I have had injections, ablation and surgery. Asked a lot of questions and came up with a plan. I can only hope for some pain free days ahead.

Doctor Berenger, In the wrong type of work! It's I seen him once for a office visit where he agreed to do an injection, After that there was no follow up from anyone. After many calls on my behalf I was told I had to see his assistant . When I've seen her she asked if the injection worked, I explained that I am still having a lot of pain. She then tells me Text she feels nothing else can be done for me that I should go to the main campus for therapy! Totally on acceptable response, This doctor gave me one and Jackson and because it was not successful I was told that's it. I have been to physical therapy many times and exercise daily on my own. This doctor not only did not care he most certainly did not even bother!!! I can't believe he is still employed.

Horrible bedside manner. Negative attitude and overall unwillingness to help patients. Basically asked me if I wanted my scheduled procedure for an epidural nerve root disorder block injection that my pain management and spine neurologist ordered (2 consecutive. 4 weeks apart). He stated that it probably wouldn't work! After about 6 weeks the first one is wearing off an pain is returning. As this was for post lumbar surgical complications with a L4 vertibral fracture still not healed!

I was a patient if his for 7 years and only had 1 office visit with him during that entire time. His nurse practitioners do all of his office appointments. He refused to change any of my meds and when I asked I was treated like a drug addict. How can a doctor know what a patient needs if he never sees them or speaks to them? I'd never recommend him to anyone.
