Arrived at Dr. Whiting's urgent care with a broken piece of glass in foot. Three hours and three x rays later, his Physician's Assistant was unable to extract the glass and suggested that Dr. Whiting take a look. We were shocked to learn that Dr. Whiting refused to see the patient without any explanation given. (He was also standing right next to us when we left and didn't speak to us.) Angry and disappointed that a physician was unwilling to examine a patient in pain. Since he wouldn't even address us, we can only assume that we had taken up too much time at his facility, and he was losing money by offering additional care. We won't be back.
