I would have liked a follow up visit with Dr. Paty but was told he only see's new patients and therefore I could not see him again and had to see a PA instead. Not good.

I had my 1st appointment in his office at 1om and by 730 pm i was in the operating room. The man is the best Doctor i seen in a long long time. He saved my life as my corotid artery was 90% blocked and never hesitated to take care of me until 10 pm. He made my wife feel at ease before and after he operated. He's the best!

My 83 yr old mom had to have an aneurysm removed from her wrist. My mom and her family were very concerned and nervous about the surgery as my mom has many medical issues. Dr. Paty not only reassured my mom and us that everything was going to be ok but he took as much time as we needed to ask any questions about the surgery. My moms surgery went great and Dr. Paty immediately was there after the surgery to explain everything to us. He never makes you feel like you are a bother. He is the best!

There are no words that can express the amazing ability of Dr. Philip Paty. He saved my mothers life! We brought my Mom to the ER after losing vision in her right eye in May of this year, she had previously suffered from a stroke after an endarterectomy that was performed by a surgeon in The Vascular Group in January 2016, this stroke left her paralyzed on her right side. Upon the May 2017 admission my mother was inpatient at St. Peters Hospital, under the care of The Vascular Group for 16 days,

This review is about the high quality care my mother (Margo Guglielmo) received under Dr. Paty. I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Paty for all that he did for my mother. Throughout my mom's care, he treated her with the utmost respect, was able to calm her fears while stressing the importance of what needed to be done, and worked collaboratively and effectively with the entire medical team. Dr. Paty saved my mom's life and our family will forever be grateful to him.

Our experience with Dr Paty was unexpected. My husband had developed 2 blood clots which required emergency surgery. Dr Paty was efficient, has a great bed side manner both with the patient and the patients care givers. If it were not for his care and knowledge my husband would not be here today. Dr Paty also took the time to contact our primary care doctor and cancer doctor and kept them informed on his condition and care.

Because of Dr. Paty my mother is alive and doing great. What should have been a 2.5 to 3 hr. surgery took over 5 hours due to complications from poor health. My mother is in her mid 80's and had been receiving poor medical care in Utica, NY, from a Dr. who did not take her complaints seriously. Dr. Paty was recommended to us and I am so pleased with the care my mother received. Her quality of life has dramatically improved and she is able to enjoy herself for the first time in years.
