his staff is always great at fitting me in for appointments, he is a very good doctor and i appreciate how he actually listens to my concerns.

He is an amazing doctor, I really appreciate that his staff is always able to fit me in even if it's last minute. he is one of the best doctors at beaver/Optum mainly because he is really straightforward and is always willing to discuss any symptom or issue over the phone or in person which is really great.there are not a lot of doctors that are willing to sit and discuss with you so i really enjoy my appointments.

Dr Lee is a great doctor, he is very understanding and companionate. Addressed a lot of my concerns and didn't make me come back to address them. If you want great care he is the provider to choose at optum.

you go to the Doctor and you get to the point of your visit. They are not there to be your friend. They are there to be professional and to try and fiend to root of your issue. He is able to build a relationship through listening and finding out patients concerns, which is what all doctors should do . He's a great doctor. Friendly staff.

Very easy to make appointment, they have a lot of availability and also have a nurse practitioner and physician assistant available. His staff is very nice and respectful. My wife and I have been seeing Dr Lee for the past 11 years. I will continue to see him . Getting used to the OPTUM take over of Beaver Medical Group.

I have been going to Dr Lee for the past 15 years. He is a great physician, with a lot of knowledge. His staff is very friendly and have great bedside manner. You can always call and get in to see him or his Nurse practitioner. They communicate efficiently through my-chart, which is an added feature. Yes it has been hard to get a hold of a live person in the office now with the new phone systems they have with OPTUM, but my-chart is a good replacement for the communication.

Excellent patient care and wait times are almost non-existent. He will address with your concerns. Has many years of experience/knowledge. If you don't like what he tells you, he might be telling you the truth and you don't like to hear it. I hear he sees families and is definitely recommended all the time. His office staff is very nice as well.

Beaver Medical Portal allows him to avoid patient contact. I do not see the reasoning for the portal which is now just a convenient way of eliminating human contact. I do NOT mean checking in etc for appointments. He makes major decisions without discussing with me or just refuses to listen and act on my questions to address my needs. Lacks caring in every avenue. Appointment is rushed. Maybe he is just tired of practicing. This is horrible to feel this way about your Doctor, but his actions have made me feel this way. Beaver Medical has also changed in many ways. Just not the same anymore. Hard to get appointments and procedures. Employees just don’t seem happy.

Dr. Lee is great at referring you out to other doctors. That's the only positive thing I can say. It's difficult to get in for appointments, his nurses take forever to answer the phone when you're put through to them, you can't make an appointment for Tuesday on a Monday, you have to call back on Tuesday morning, and Dr. Lee himself lacks knowledge and empathy. When I ask questions, he completely blows me off. I've been going to him for over 10 years, but after my last appointment, I decided I'll never go back.

I would actually give him a 0 stars. Patient care is terrible here. Staff does not return calls. Referrals not done correctly. Only staff I will deal with is Claribelle. She is the only one that knows. what she is doing. All this doctor does is constant blood work and doesn't seem to really spend time with his patients. I can go on and on.
