Dr. Philip Koch, DMD

I had a terrible experience at this office. I went to get an estimate for an implant and they charged a consultation fee. I knew there was a consultation fee of approximately $143 so that was ok because he was recommended by my dentist so I assumed he was good, but after I got there he refused to even give an estimate unless I also paid an additional $400 for a ct scan in their office . Already had info from my dentist as to what would be involved so I declined the ct scan. Had to argue with the front office and assistant to even get a ballpark figure out of them for the procedure after paying the consultation fee. I was furious by the time I left there and would not ever recommend this place to anyone.

Very kind and friendly staff! Dr. Koch is very knowledgeable and cares for each one of his patients. I have used him before and so have other family members. Highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Koch was excellent!!! He has a wonderful way of making his patients feel relaxed and knowledgeable. His expertise was exceptional and his advice and recommendation for after care was caring and politely given for the best results for healing. His staff radiated his thoughtfulness throughout my tenure from surgery to stitch removal. He is through with his professionalism.

My experience was good but I am really concerned that one of the assistants didn’t wear her mask all the time. She had it around her neck just not over her face at all times.

Dr. KOCH is a true professional who cares for his patients "beyond the call" . My case was complex and he contacted my physician for special adjustments in my medications. He provided patient and caregiver instructions, and was very reassuring.

Who likes to go to a dentist? Very few, I believe. But, with Dr. Koch, you know you are in good, competent, caring hands. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is caring, calls you the next day to see how you are doing, to see if everything is going well. The staff is friendly, and caring. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate going to someone I trust, and know he has the knowledge, and experience, it takes to have a good outcome with my dental surgery. Excellent staff and GREAT service from one of the best dentist's I've ever been to.

Couldn't ask for a more friendly, caring doctor. Was very thorough in telling methe procedure he was going to perform. I felt comfortable asking any questions I felt necessary and Dr. Koch was willing to help in any way possible post surgery. Would highly recommend
