TOTAL INCOMPETENCE
THIS PLACE IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT OFFICE ON THE PLANET!! 4+ WEEKS AGO I SAW DR HILL FOR ARTHRITIS IN MY LEFT HAND AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 4-6 WEEKS TO BE APPROVED FOR A SHOT (I HAVE PPO INS) AND SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY 10:15AM. I ARRIVED AT 10AM AND FOUND THE WAITING ROOM COMPLETELY FULL. I WAITED FOR 50 MINS ONLY TO HAVE THE NURCE TELL ME THEY ARE OVER BOOKED AND I WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. !!! DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND DOCTOR. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WASTING YOUR TIME.

WOULDNT RECOMMEND, IF YOU CAN PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT SURGEON, I MADE THE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING HIM AND I NOW HAVE TO HAVE THE SAME SURGERY RE DONE BECAUSE OF HIS MISTAKES, HE MARKED MY LEG WHERE I TOLD HIM IT WAS OKAY TO CUT WHICH WAS A ANTERIOR CUT AND HE DECIDED TO CUT ME POSTERIOR, I ALSO COULD STILL SEE THE WORD “YES” WHERE I TOLD HIM TO CUT ,I ASKED HIM IF HE DID THAT FOR MEDICAL REASONS AND HIS RESPONSE WAS “no, I just cut” AND AT THAT MOMENT I TOLD HIM TO EXIT MY ROOM , I GOT MYSELF A NEW DOCTOR AND THATS WHEN I WAS TOLD MY HIP REPLACEMENT WAS DONE WRONG AND THAT I’D NOW NEED A REVISION PLUS MY SCAR HEALED SLOW DUE TO THE CUT HITTING THE TOILET SEAT SO SEEING THAT IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH THIS PROBLEM AFTER SEEING HIM ID RECOMMEND ANOTHER DOCTOR.

below standard care
I was admitted to Long Beach Memorial Hospital and Dr, Hill was the surgeon on call that weekend. I broke my arm in a fall. He put in a plate with screws that were too long that then caused other damage to my bones. When I questioned him in his office, he walked out of the room. When I asked him to show me the x rays he walked away without saying there was a problem. Dr. Hill just doesn't care about his patients, His office staff are the worst. I found another surgeon who explained it as a surgery fail. I have had to have two more surgeries to correct the damage he has caused. if you are looking for a surgeon, I highly recommend you keep looking. I can only hope that he loses his hospital privileges at Long Beach Memorial Hospital.

On Tuesday June 23rd I had right hip replacement surgery done by Dr. Hill at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. I am home now, was discharge on 25th after very successful surgery and little pain. The staff he uses at the hospital is experieced, thoughtful and highly professional in meeting your every need. This is the third time I have had right hip surgery. Had Dr. Hill done the first one I would not have had to have No. 2 and 3. After the lst surgery a very life threatening infection began in my right rip that was not noticed by the first surgeon, Dr. Kim, resulting in a stent having to be placed in my artery to save my life. If you need orthopedic surgerym call Dr. Hill who is on Termino Avenue in Long Beach, Michael 6/26/2020
