As a healthcare professional myself, I felt compelled to share an interaction that I had w this physician today relative to a family member being treated by him for late stage, advanced pancreatic cancer. This family member requested that Dr Brooks connect with me so that I could help him better understand his current status and treatment options. I was appalled that Dr Brooks called me without having any knowledge or awareness of my family members current status; did not have his medical record open when he called and HAD to ask ME what my relative’s last name was!!! He then went on to share INCORRECT info regarding his chemotherapy protocol and results from his recent CT scan! I had to circle back w other family; CT scan reports; and back to Dr Brooks to confirm the right info. I would strongly urge anyone who is considering this clinician for treatment of themself or a loved one to run in another direction!

Unbelievably arrogant and crude in a cruel way. My wife of ten years passed away from cancer under his watch. She was only thirty six! Will NEVER forgive him for the lack of treatment and understanding that he showed her. Specifically during her last days!

After a rare cancer diagnosis, we asked Dr. Brooks about a second opinion, he replied "I would be happy to write you a referral but they wouldn't know any more than I do." We requested an early 2nd appointment because my father's health was steadily declining with no explanation. Dr. Brooks made us wait over an hour for five minutes of his disrespectful, dismissive treatment, and to falsely state "This has nothing to do with cancer.....this is not cancer." My dad is dying of metastasis in Boston

I found Dr. Brooks to be arrogant, condescending and rude. I was also unimpressed with his examination.
