Rude and Liar

My son had a phone appt with Dr. Le at 6:30. She called him close to 9pm only after I called member services three times to ask if she was going to call. Once she did call, she said that she thought he couldn’t make the time based on her nurse telling her. Her nurse and I spoke that morning and I confirmed the appt. On the phone, was completely condescending and rushed. Never answered our questions and said she wouldn’t refer my son to a specialist but instead would consult with a specialist and get back to us. It’s been a week. Such a waste of time - do not meet with her.

Rude and very demeaning. I felt rushed and she wasnt listening to my concerns. I’ve also observed her being rude to healthcare staff in her office. Please do not see her.

completely unprofessional ,rude ,no social skills , trying to just prescribe some medicine in your history and label your medical history with false issues. she is not even listening to you .

I had a new patient visit to see Dr Le 12/2016, Worst experience I've ever had with an MD. Dr Le has no people skills, not companionate, rude, not professional at all. I was not able to explain any of my health issues I went for she pretty much cut me off while I was talking and said I must schedule another appointment for each issue I had. It was a total waste of time, I do not recommend that Dr at all.
