This was my second in-person visit with Dr. Zachariah and I liike her very much. She listened to my concerns and did not rush. I will continue to request her as my doctor. The staff was very polite and the nurses were kind and helpful as I use a walker. I did not have a long wait. The got me into a room and every thing was efficient and professional.

I keep coming because I haven't had time to find another Dr. That will change soon! Every experience I have had with this Dr have been negative. She and her back office staff treat you like a number, there is no caring and no listening at all. They don't follow up, every my chart exchange is confusing as they don't read it thoroughly. I was even having severe symptoms at one point and she just told me to see a specialist and didn't help me get in sooner or anything and I ended up in the ER. She never followed up to check with me. Blown away by the positive comments because its just not ever been my experience. I rarely have negative experiences with providers but this is most definitely an exception.

Never got a visit! I booked an appt in September for October 30th (first available). They called the day before the visit to let me know that the medication I mentioned at the time of appt was not prescribed by her office. So, I asked if we could reschedule the appt to December when I have time off. Booked it. 3 weeks later, they call to let me know that the dr is actually on vacation at that time and that the next available new patient appt is not until January. The customer service for this dr is awful! Sad they are the representation of what could be a reputable caregiver!

Dr. Pheba Zachariah is by far one of the most outstanding physician I have ever met. Actually all the physicians inside that office are absolutely fantastic. My son sees Dr. Zachariah and if he is ever sick she will work him in her schedule. She could be tripled-book and will still accommodate her patients regardless how hectic her day can be. She puts her patients first. If we need to see a specialist then she will make referrals out to specialist as she is supposed to. She isn't part of a pyramid scheme or wants to willingly waist your money. She is a family physician and if you truly need to see a specialist or have to go to the emergency room then FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!!!!!

This is doctor is just part a pyramid scheme to bring you and refer you to specialists who can really treat you. Her medical advice has been proven wrong by her own referrals. It was especially disturbing that she had to constantly review medical databases to make treatment decisions. Complete lack of trust...
