Very very shady business practices. Was told through a phone call that we would have to pay an amount for teeth extraction, but had to actually pay over 8x that amount (note that they avoided a paper trail). Recovery instructions were also unclear and were said verbally while the patient was still recovering from anesthesia. The written-down instructions were completely insufficient, not mentioning many KEY details about recovery.

I had an urgent issue develop 3 days before a vacation that needed to be addressed. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr Dubach was excellent, explained the process and kept me informed on the progress during the procedure.vthis occurred during the pandemic and the staff did a great job within the covid guidelines.

The office staff was rude, there wasn't a new patient packet sent, was told I needed to pay $100 non-refundable consultation fee, took many phone calls to find out what the insurance was going to pay, was told it would all be covered, then we were required to pay additional money date of extraction or we had to reschedule. Come to find out they billed the dental insurance for the consultation fee as well. Shady billing practices in this office, steer clear.

Amazing response from entire team. Short wait time when making an appointment. No wait time for actual appointment. Dr. Subach did a great job of putting my daughter at ease when having a tooth extracted. He answered her questions and had all the time in the world for us. Amazing patient care by Dr Subach and entire team. Have been back multiple times with both daughters for wisdom teeth and other extractions for pre-orthodontia. One of a kind care!

Consultation visit that was totally covered with xray from dental office. Paulet told everything will be covered by insurance. After that charged $100 and than send a bill for $125 more. Instead of charging dental insurance - tried to charge both - dental and medical + charged me too.WORST service. BE AWARE and choose other office.

Called 3 times for an appointment, 2 times that I called, they stated that they would call me back within a half hour with a date and time..never called me back, I had to call. Decided to go with another dentist.
