I have had Dr Soderland as a physician for several years. I trust him thoroughly. He responds to questions and concerns in a reasonable amount of time. He listens very well to what I have to say and treats me with kindness and respect. He is bright and very capable of making the best decisions for my health. His office staff is also excellent. They answer the phones and get back to me promptly with questions or concerns I have. Highly recommend

called his office more than 3 times over 2 months with no return call someone named eli taken message ...apparently that person is not doing their job ,hard to believe Dr Soderland would ignore another request for a return call after the previous hospitalizations from lack of communication

So this is going back to when Dr. Soderland was doing primary care, but his bedside manner at that time left a lot to be desired. Maybe he was just putting in time before moving on to his specialized practice, but as a GP he seemed fairly aloof and not all that particularly interested in my situation.
