Unprofessional to say the least!
I was sent to the ER by my PCP, concerned about internal bleeding. I suffer from Barrett’s. When I arrived at the Dover ER, I was placed in the room quite promptly, which was amazing. The nurse was very friendly. When Dr. Row enter the room he was instantly arrogant and rude . Initially, he gave me a once over, looking me up and down as I explained my symptoms to him. oh, he diagnosed me instantly without even looking at me… he did a quick evaluation said yup, hemorrhoids. Then left the room. I let him know that it was a two month wait before I can get into my G.I. specialist, and my doctor had wanted me to do an endoscopy, on the discharge paper I was told to follow up with my G.I. specialist in one week!!! & if I had the certain symptoms to return to the ER! The same symptoms I told him I was having! What a joke! He didn’t listen to me! He looked at my size and diagnosed me. looked online at my diagnosis, being obese didn’t cause this! dealing with pancreatitis now, prob then too!

Portsmouth ER DR. ROW – Apr 14, 2024

ED visit
Dr Row was dismissive of my serious symptoms. Arrogant, impatient and made it clear I did not fit his criteria of emergency. When I left the emergency room the only treatment I received from this doctor was avoidance and disrespect. I cannot understand why he would keep working in a place that people come to ask for urgent medical care.

Avoid this DR!
Dr Row is the most arrogant, cold, unprofessional Dr I've ever seen. He stood in the doorway, never even listened to my lungs or concerns. Just said "We're ALL sick"!

Went to an urdent care that had minimal diagnostic machines, but was told to get a CT scan as they felt I had a kidney stone- I get to the Dover ER. No one checks my vital signs or ask what meds I take at home. He hears I was at another urgent care and makes it clear he thinks I am a drug seeker. He then tells me that if you have 5 CT scans in lifetime, you die. Refuses to give me any care except gives me 2 pills to help my ureters open, does not give me any follow up care instructions, just tells me he doesn't need a CT to tell me I have a kidney stone. But again, just ignores the discomfort I am having and does not refer me to a urologist. Here I am 3 days later and will not go back there Because of his lack of care care and ignorance

Dover ER - Horrible Patient Care
Horrendous patient care. Did not thoroughly evaluate my concerns, was very dismissive, and cold towards me. Came into the room once for just a few minutes, left me waiting for results for close to an hour.

This was the rudest and unprofessional doctor I’ve ever met. Didn’t even look at my mother and wouldn’t help get her transferred to her real doctor at mass gen. I can’t believe someone who is in a profession that helps people can be so uncaring It blows my mind.
