Very poor communication with patients and their families. I literally called every day for TWO WEEKS!! Asking them to call me back so we could talk about my mom’s condition. NEVER CALLED ME BACK!! Do yourself a favor….. find ANOTHER DOCTOR!! You will probably live longer!!

The doctor never showed up for the visit. The staff told me 2 different stories as to when or where the doctor was. I never got a return call. Worst doctor/office ever. Never got the results of tests.

My appointment was 1:00pm. I assumed with COVID restriction there would be little to no wait time. I arrived 10 minutes early for check in. 5 minutes later I was taken to the exam room and told the doctor would be with me in "a few minutes". 25 minutes later I left. During this time none of the office staff let me know the doctor was running late, or offered me the option of rescheduling my appointment. It was an awful first impression.
