Dr. Peter Perez, MD

3 years later, and hands down still the worst experience I've had with a Dr in my 30 years of life. He clearly is not happy with his career of being a Dr and it's frightening to know that he an Urgent Care Dr, where patients are the most vulnerable. 0 bedside manner and this man did not give me eye contact not even once during the my whole visit! I went in for pain in the chest and back while taking a breath. I mentioned that I had a breast reduction and while facing me with his eyes closed as if he were annoyed said "Ok so I can't help you unless you show it to me". What???!! I was ready to walk out then and there but I was in so much pain I was desperate for an answer or solution. After no more than 5 minutes with me he told me that I'd be fine and the pain would go away eventually. Because of this traumatizing experience, I've never gone back to this hospital - I drive an extra 30-40 minutes to go to the Palo Alto Sutter Health where I've always received amazing care.

I am requesting this so-called doctor Perez be banned from practicing. Today I single handedly witnessed his evil demeanor and recieved maltreatment. These are two brothers who do not have the right to charge what they are charging for. They are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I can't believe my own mother dealt with such horrible maltreatment. Had I known prior to fi di g iut myself these two crooks would've been out in the streets as they should be.
