If I could leave no stars, I would. I saw Dr Mann in March 2025 for slerotherapy for both legs. I have done slerotherapy 2 times before by another doctor (she is no longer offering slerotherapy but did both legs, same day, same cost.) I was seen by an assistant that first examined my legs and gave me an ultrasound of my legs in a few spots which was very quick and seemed not thorough at all. I explained that I wanted both legs to be done the same day. She explained that yes, both can be done for $995. After a quick consultation with Dr. Mann afterwards, he explained the procedure and prepped me for the treatment. After he did one leg, he then said that we were all done. I wanted both legs done and because he supposedly used as much solution as he could in one day, he said I had to come back for the other leg and that would cost me another $995. I was so upset with the bait n’ switch. Google reviews and other bad reviews are spot on! This business doesn’t deserve yours, go elsewhere!

This "doctor" is as shady as they come! He is running an elaborate bait-and-switch scheme where he lures you into his practice with a Groupon special for sclerotherapy and consultation and after the consultation he'll claim that you need radiofrequency ablation. What he conveniently fails to disclose is that the surgery will cause more varicose veins to emerge resulting in more sclerotherapy treatments being required which YOU will have to pay for out of your own pocket!

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Mann for over two years now for our varicose vein treatment. We have been nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Mann and the rest of the staff at The Secret Vein Clinic. Dr. Mann has been treating my spider veins the past few months. Not only is he a skilled vascular surgeon, he also cares about the cosmetic result of your vein treatments. I had a chance to watch Dr. Mann do the Sclerotherapy injections on my legs and was very impressed with how precise and meticulous he was.
