Excellent doctor and staff except...
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kubitz. His staff in the back office (Dani) were fabulous and very kind and caring ?? My first meeting with him was very comforting and I felt he was very knowledgeable. The following week I had my Spinal Epidural injection and everyone at the surgical center were amazing (Jennifer, Santa, Veronica, Jeremy and Nancy!) The procedure was very quick and done with minimal pain. I'm hoping that this injection will alleviate my Sciatica pain. That said, I do have one issue today when I called in. My CHIEF complaint was with the front desk employee (Amber) who answered my call...at first I couldn't hear her & I told her & she immediately started asking me why I called. I explained that I had gone through a procedure on Tuesday and needed to speak to a nurse/triage. She then asked me what was wrong and I told her again! Then she said only Triage was available? Her tone and attitude were quite rude and she again questioned what I had previously told her?!?

Dr. Kubitz and staff were pleasant and professional. I felt the time that Dr. Kubitz and his PA spent with me in the exam room was complete and informative. I highly recommend this office and staff.

Kubitz himself is top grade but his staff is not.
My daughter had an appt. On 6/3. She is an existing patient and arrive 5 minutes prior to her appt. Time and had done the online checking. But she was denied entry as the office had already taken in the person scheduled AFTER her, and has been in great pain for 2 months. The office manager refused to even get her in at all, while daughter was crying in pain.

Dr. Kubitz has been treating me for lower spine pain and leg nerve pain for 5 years. I was in pain and in need of a mobility scooter to get around. Neuropathy pain lowers your quality of life. Dr.Kubitz and his team has improved my ability to live a better life. December 2019 he and his team saw a negative change in my leg. They got me into a MRI quickly then surgery before my nerves were damaged beyond repair. I highly recommend him and the entire staff. Life is an journey and he has helped me back continuing mine. Now I am walking with less pain again,.

Excellent.. I was referred to him by Dr Whirlow as she suspected my current Pain specialist was undermediacting me for sever back pain and a broken femur and knee. Dr Kubitz was honest about backing off my benzo prescription which I am in the process of doing and I look forward to my 2nd appointment on 12/10

During two visits, two years apart, Dr. Kubitz gave me a shot each time for severe pain in my shoulder. I became totally pain free after each visit. He is very professional and very reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr. Kubitz.

I would never recommend or return to this office. For each appointment I waited approximately an hour in the waiting room. When I finally met with Dr. Kubitz I listened to his self-promoting speech about refusing patients their meds regardless of quality of life. He ordered unnecessary lab work and imaging. When results came back, he didn't bother to meet with me. Instead he sent in a PA who spoke to me like I was in 1st grade - (direct quote) "MRI results use big words no one understands". She couldn't even answer basic questions. Then, six months after my last visit, I get a bill from some sketchy lab who doesn't even answer their phone for lab work I never knew I authorized. Front desk and billing dept are staffed with girls in their 20's who are more interested in gossip than professionalism. Seems like they use the cheapest possible staff and labs with an eye solely on thier profit margin. I would NEVER return to this office or doctor.

Saw Dr Kubitz for cervical spinal stenosis. New patient paperwork online made check in easy. Danny professional and caring. Dr Kubitz has a stellar reputation and now I know why. He was thorough, reviewed records, asked many questions, explained in understandable terms. Took time to review and explain MRI. I left with specific treatment plan and realistic expectations. He PERSONALLY explained the epidural procedure. AND no entering data into a computer during my visit. The focus was on me.

He listens, be hears, he cares and he does this to develop the right diagnosis. He is not a clock watcher. Amazing. It doesn't get better than that. He will spend time with you. He is compassionate and honest and will ensure he is doing the right thing. And he is personable! Perfect combinations for a great doctor! I love him!!

I have bulging discs By the time I got my appointment for a shot I was starting to improve Dr. Kubitz told me to return when and if the pain was unmanageable. He said we could not tell if it worked if I got a shot when it didn't hurt very much. Since thenI have continued to improve. I saw Dr Whirlow (another office) and she ordered an MRI and PT. I am grateful to Dr. Kubitz for NOT injecting me (to make some money). I shall return if the pain returns.

Wonderful caring physician who truly understands chronic pain. Fantastic interpersonal skills and interactions. Provides exemplary care and consideration. One of the best physicians I've ever been treated by in my life. I've recently moved to Wisconsin and realized I'll likely never find a Pain Management physician of the same caliber as Dr. Kubitz.
