Dr. Peter Koppenheffer, MD

Very uncommunicative and withholds testing and specialist referrals for seemingly no reason. Probably a decent physician for a family with the normal array of everyday ailments. Has been a very poor match for someone with a complex medical history or the slightest curiosity.

I'm happy with the care I'm given!

This basically uninterested physician runs an office that is the land of “no’. He won’t do anything to help, has no curiosity, makes decisions on hunches and encourages a hostile attitude from his nursing staff. If you have serious health issue you couldn’t care less about how it turns out, this could be the guy for you.

I look forward to my visit because I come with questions and the are always answered.

Went in with symptoms that were concerning. Left with no health plan, left everything the same. Makes you feel bad if you don't agree. Very arrogant/egotistical

Unfailingly this is a welcoming and caring environment. The office is clearly very well run. It is meticulously clean. All of the staff are thoughtful, as well as very professional.Dr. Koppenheffer is a very well prepared and sincerely caring physician. He has a deep level of medical knowledge. I feel fortunate to be a patient cared for at this practice.

I had a chest X-ray and the response time in giving the results was 2 long (3 days).

This doctor is quite skilled and personable; however I need more care/contact/referrals due to neuropsychiatric sequelae from March 2020 Covid. There are huge systemic concerns regarding the referral process (4 months-no cardiology referral and I have phoned at least five times). I need specialized testing and there has been no movement in months, further jeopardizing my recovery. My nerve damage is still undiagnosed after 3 plus years. All PCPs need ongoing PD on how to address patients with Long Covid, and need to start restructuring services to include multidisciplinary Teams. Thank you!

I like my doctor, but communicating with the practice is extremely difficult and frustrating.

My PCP took all the time necessary to listen to my concerns. He was attentive, and not rushed.

The visit itself went very well. I was favorably impressed with both the doctor and the nurse. However, I was disappointed in the nurse that I spoke with when I called the office. [...] I said that I felt an in-person appointed was warranted, so she gave me one for two days later. I was pleased that the doctor decided to see me that day.

The definitive health care team. The practice is friendly, nurturing and comprehensive. All the staff are always cheerful, on the ball and sincere. Spotlessly cleanliness matches the ethics and honest sincerity.
