Dr. Peter Keszler, DO

Dr. Keszler has been great as a follow-up to my Trigeminal Neuralgia care.

I saw him for neuropathy in my feet and legs. He ordered all the appropriate tests, but seemed dismissive of the abnormal results received. He was also very slow on follow-up. Ultimately, he claimed a pinched nerve caused my problems even after that was refuted by MRIs and more likely explanations were presented based on real research. He then referred me to another neurologist, but failed to submit the referral paperwork, and that doctor declined to see me, dismissing my case, leaving me with no effective treatment in the Hopkins system.Overall, this doctor doesn't seem to meet Hopkins standards. You would be better off elsewhere, IMO.

I had to wait months to see him but waited because the referring neurologist told me Dr Keszler was good. I finally see him, go home and get a call from his office THEN telling me I had to be the one to procure the medication used for migraine injections!! I’ve had it done 5 times in the past and NEVER had to procure the medication used for migraines injections!!! During the time I waited to see him I could have already had it done & I have been having migraines every day and they’re extremely painful!!! Finally found & saw a neurologist who in 3 weeks will be performing the injections ~ Dr Keszler my time is as valuable as yours ~ and I can’t adequately express how much pain I’ve been in & some of my migraines have been ocular!!!!!
