Dr. Peter Hoffman, MD

Dr Hoffman has been my primary physician for about five years and I have been very impressed by his professionalism as well as ability to instill confidence in his care.

Easy to schedule. Usually see a PA but that isn't unusual in today's healthcare environment.

The question is "Tell us more about your visit." Well I truly cant say much for Hoffman since he seems to quit, come back and not show up. My children have never seen their provider (peter hoffman). I was expected every 6 months to pay for a new patient intake for the Dr.s that had quit and come back...and then re quit and re came back. I just know if you want a Dr unavailable to you... This is for you! I moved my children's health care provider, because I would like them to be heard and "seen" even.

I left a review in Dec 2019, but because 2020 was such a rough year for me. I thought I would leave another. I was having trouble breathing, so I went into see Dr. Hoffman. He took one look at me and 10 minutes later he had me admitted into Tuality emergency. My heart rate was beating about 190 and peaked out at 209bpm. After I was released from the hospital 3 days later. I was sent to a Cardiologist, who works in concert with Dr. Hoffman. Dr. Hoffman keeps a close eye on me, monitoring my vitals and adjusting my medications as needed. I am here today, at 77 and I feel great. All because I have a Good Doctor that sincerely cares and takes care of his patients. Thank You Dr. Hoffman John Pesterfield

I’ve been with Dr. Hoffman for several years because I’ve trusted him to do his job. He has let me down several times, once I was even accused of lying about my symptoms then shortly after that I had an emergency surgery that changed my life. Fast forward to today and the exact same thing is happening but with the other side of my back. I do NOT recommend him and if you value your health then you will find someone else.

I had an appt this morning for a routine follow up. I had been struggling with a mixed migraine/tension headache for several days. Dr. Hoffman walked into the exam room, took one look at me and stated he could fix my headache. I totally assumed he meant he would write me a prescription and send me on my way. That's not how it worked out. This happened: 3 aspirin and an Imitrex. An injection of Toradol and another of Phenergan. 15 minutes on oxygen. Then lidocaine into my nostril. Headache CURED.
